Great question! New Members must complete our Intro To Rukus Sessions with one of our Coaches. These are :30 sessions and include assessment, Q+A, personally coached on movements seen in Rukus, and more! If you have any questions, please email us!
After you have done your 4 Introductory Sessions, your coach will help you decide where to start! If you have any hesitations, then Lite will most likely be the start for you.
Yes! We share space with KS Fitness, and offer a Gym + Rukus package for those looking to maximize their workouts. Additional costs apply for programming if wanted.
